Bare Fiber Adaptor

Description

SunTrec Solution offers a wide assortment of Adapters. Simplex, Duplex, Singlemode, Multimode, w/ flange
for screw mounting, or w/o flange and available in several different colors.

APPLICATION
• Adaptors, sometimes called uniters, allow two connectors to be mated together. Normally it will be
two connectors of the same type, but in some circumstances a hybrid adaptor is required to mate
dissimilar connectors
• Fiber optic adaptors are used either within fiber patch panels and other termination units, or
externally to interconnect pre-terminated fiber cables. Panel mounting is undertaken either by push
fit, screw fit or a retaining nut that screw onto the adaptor.
